Lit Device Short Story

I was just 20 and I was walking down the streets of Chicago with my friend Andrew. I was down in the city because of work. Andrew is one of my colleagues. But usually I am in the suburbs where I live. I was walking down Michigan Ave. and I saw someone and he looked a little familiar. Me and Andrew kept walking and he said that he looked a lot like me. “No way Jose!” I said.
Then I said, “maybe we will find him again?”  
Andrew said “Are you ok..? There are millions of people in this huge city called Chicago that Were in!!”
I said back sarcastically “ No, I have never heard of that place where is it??
We kept walking and we got back to our office building and Andrew was telling everyone on our floor about the person we saw. After Andrew was done telling everyone, the office went dead silent. You know what that means. Everyone is working and Andrew is shockingly to. I was kind of starting to think about what Andrew said earlier. I was like maybe someone could look a lot like me I mean there are doppelgangers in the world.
I went over to Andrew’s desk and said “how much did the guy look like me”?
He said “Bro exactly like you, he was like a clone”.

Later that day I took the train home from the city and that whole ride I was stuck on this guy who supposedly looked a lot like me. I was also thinking “where could he be from, where does he work, what is his family like”?  I got home and I went straight to my computer and looked up cloning. What I found out is that there is a report of people thinking they're seeing there clones around the world. I then looked up Where can you clone someone? Nothing popped up, Obviously. That's what i thought. It must be a secret project that only a couple people know about. Then I looked up people and their clones. I clicked on the first picture I saw I was this girl with really blonde hair, big blue eyes, Big ears, and a funny smile. Then I looked directly to the right where it was still one picture and I thought that I was looking at a fake news article. I clicked on the link and its CNN! Like what! I thought Oh my god this is real, this is real, this is actually happening. Please tell me i'm in a dream please. Wake me up! I was so curious to see if this guy was my clone and I looked up FBI facial recognition. It popped up a website by the FBI. I had to fill out all of my info so this could be as accurate and as real as possible. I got in and went to the pictures tab. I had my mouse over it and took a deep breath closed my eyes and...
There were shockingly a lot of pictures. I wanted to try and see if it took a picture today with me and Andrew at that time. It was the first picture, it got tricked. I went crazy but nervous at the same time. I kept scrolling slowly and saw pictures of just him and I said “I don't have those clothes, I’ve never been there.” I needed to find out who this guy was. I clicked on a picture and it had both of our information and I first looked at his name. We had the same last name and birthdate. I thought i was an only child, was I not told something, why was it a secret for such a long time. He must be my long lost twin brother. I have to find out. It was already 11:00 and it was too late to call my parents. So I decided to call them in the morning and explain what I found out. I couldn’t fall asleep because there were so many questions and thoughts running through my head.

Her Story Hannah Agins My best friend, Lillian, finally told me her story. She never talked about her life really, besides the fact that she was adopted. I told her that she could tell me anything, but whenever she almost talked to me about her past, she would get all aggressive and angry, and shake like a hand-shy dog.  I eventually stopped asking, since asking was not something she was comfortable with.
